There's been another report of a TradePost causing crashes, but I can't remember which.īy the way, there's a MM9 channel on the Banished Discord, and it's probably the best way to get Kralyerg's attention directly. ![]() If there's a dock "bridge" blocking the path somewhere even though the area right around the dock is clear, the boat will look like it could approcah the dock but won't actually go there. Traders will not really "see" the TradePosts as accessible if they are "blocked" by docks, even though visually the boat goes through them. The CC Dock TradePost issue is odd, it has no problem in CC, so there shouldn't be one in MM, unless he somehow typo'ed something while copying it into MM. If the nomads indeed reached the signpost but then walked off, that's unlikely to be a signpost issue indeed. Some mods inside the MM9 collection add very large terrains, probably larger than what is reasonnable and end up causing more risks of getting that bugged pathing issue, but it's always been there though it's pretty rare on small maps. The bigger the map, the more edge squares you have and the more risks of a buggy spot. I haven't tried nomads again, now that my town is bigger. So I used DeBug, to build bridges everywhere on my map, to give total access, and I still didn't get any nomads surviving. My nomads after accepting them, never once made it to the building site. Vrayna, when I used the signpost for nomads in MM9 beta, I wasn't using any other mods. Some nomad-buildings have bugs if not made correctly, where the notification to accept/reject them happens before they reach the town, so when you accept them they might actually be on the wrong side of the river with no way to get to town.Īdding bridges would help, but the safest would be to check just around the nomad post to see if they're there when you accept them, or to pause and instantly look for them the instant you accept them (they should be the only homeless in your town) to see where they were exactly. Are they on the correct side of the river, at the signpost in town when you accept them? It's odd that it only happens with nomads though.
