If not, try updating Windows and also update your graphics driver to the latest version, you can download it here: The brightness cannot be adjusted after upgrading to Windows 10. Did you check the brightness buttons on the Monitor as well as keyboard The only other Brightness setting I know of is at Settings > System > Display. Once removed, click the Scan for hardware changes icon. Be sure to also check the Remove driver option.
